Step 1 – Fill in the enquiry form
Select a block that is most like yours (or the one you want to build on) and complete the enquiry form.2
Step 2 – Let us determine if we can help you.
We will contact you via telephone to establish your objectives and needs to determine if we can assist you.3
Step 3 – Property Analysis Report.
If we can help you, based on your block/property profile weighed against your project needs and objectives, we will move to prepare a complimentary Property Analysis Report. This report will detail the aerial imagery and highlight setbacks and easements, determine trees of significance.4
Step 4 – Preliminary Meeting.
We will conduct a complimentary meeting with our client service manager to answer your questions about what you can build and the process of doing so. We will discuss the Planning and Development legislation and estimated prices to build what you hope to in the meeting. This preliminary meeting can be conducted face-to-face in our Belconnen office or over the phone, or in zoom.5
Step 5 – Design Phase.
If you decide to customise your new home with our design team, we will enter a concept design stage. The initial investment is approx. $5500 inc GST, and we will provide 100 days to make payment of this invoice. At the end of this process (generally takes 12-16 weeks), we have a detailed set of plans with video Solar Analysis. These plans will be priced and have a Project Proposal outlining everything included or excluded in your proposed project.6
Step 6 – Enter into the building agreement.
We commence the process of obtaining development and building approval, finalising inclusions and mapping the building phase.
